Right now, I am using the Dell drivers for the laptop. I only came to this conclusion when I went to use Netflix and got a much more specific error message regarding encryption errors and non-WHQL drivers.
The errors I received are below:. I was also prompted that the drivers installed on the machine are not WHQL compliant and that I need to upgrade the drivers.
